Professor of Philology

My name is Foteini Karadouka and I work as a professor of philology at the Secondary Education of Larissa in Greece. Academically I hold two degrees. The first refers to the pre-school education from the Department of Health and Welfare Professions of the Technological Vocational Institute of Messolonghi, Ioannina branch and the second refers to the Secondary Education from the corresponding Department of Philosophy and Pedagogy of the Humanities Studies of Thessaloniki. I also have a master's degree in "Pedagogical play and pedagogical material in childhood" from the University of Thessaly, Department of Preschool Education. I specialize in Education of people with disabilities. I have a certificate of knowledge of the writing and reading system of Blind Braille. I am a member of the Greek Red Cross.I have been working as a teacher in pre-school education since 1996, as a teacher in Vocational Secondary Education since 2001, as a seconded teacher in Primary Education in the Berlin Coordination Office for 4 years and as a philologist in Secondary education from 2011 until today. I speak English at C1 level. I participated in four Erasmus programs (KA2, KA1) and one Erasmus + KA3 with a presentation certificate. I have two Certificates of attendance of awareness training programs for refugees and their education lasting 50 and 90 hours each the first from the Hellenic Open University and the second from the Unicef in collaboration with the Universities of Thessaly, Ioannina and Crete.
