Mrs Aikaterini Gkanatsiou is a Science teacher in Lykeio Gonnon, that belongs to the Secondary Education of Larissa, Thessaly, Greece. Academically she has two bachelor degrees, one in Physics and one in Accounting and two Master Degrees, one in “Physics of  Materials” (Aristoteles University of Thessaloniki) and one in “Computer, Telecommunications and Network Science and Technology” (Polytechnic Departement, University of Thessaly, Volos). She has attended numerous courses and trainings on a variety of topics. She has been working as a teacher for more than 20 years in all levels of education, Primary, Secondary and Higher Education.

Since 2018 she has been involved in the Erasmus+ European programs, playing a key role in writing applications and implementing the approved projects of both her school and the Scientific Association of Innovation “Open Up”. She speaks English (level C2, ECPE Michigan Proficiency) and German (level C2, Grosses Deutches Sprachdiplom).
